These paintings are a reflection of some of my favorite places in the Byron Bay region—a place I have called home for 30 years. Living on Bundjalung Country, peace is always within reach, a steady comfort in an ever-changing world.
Each day, I swim in the sea, moving between Belongil Beach, Main Beach, The Pass, Wategos, Tallows, and beyond to Broken Head. We are blessed with an abundance of beauty, a coastline that offers endless moments of stillness and wonder.
The Hide collection is an autobiographical interpretation of the fleeting, yet deeply felt, experience of Byron Bay—its rhythms, its light, and the ever-present embrace of the ocean.
